The modeling and analysis of service systems is a standard field of applied mathematics both within the Telecommunication Industry, and in the broad field of Manufacturing and Logistics. This mini-symposium will address recent research in this area from a mathematical and analytical perspectives with speakers from industry and academia. Topics include complex queueing systems, and probability models of service systems.
